Das 21st Century Orchestra mit Sitz in Luzern gehört zu den international führenden Klangkörpern für Filmmusik. Seit 1999 begeistert das Orchester sein Publikum mit emotionalen Filmaufführungen mit epischen Soundtracks. Unter der musikalischen Leitung von Ludwig Wicki spielen professionelle Musiker/innen jährlich rund 40 Konzerte im KKL Luzern sowie an weiteren Gastspielorten. Das Orchester ist tief in der Zentralschweiz verwurzelt und pflegt enge Beziehungen zu regionalen Kulturinstitutionen, Businesspartnern und Sponsoren.

Deine Mission

Als unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit entwickelst du das Orchester in Zusammenarbeit mit dem künstlerischen Leiter und dem Vereinsvorstand strategisch, operativ und personell weiter. Du stärkst die Verbundenheit zur Region und unsere Position im Kulturmarkt, baust nachhaltige Partnerschaften und Sponsorenbeziehungen auf und sorgst mit deinem kleinen Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Produktionen und Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung der Mitarbeitenden und Leitung der Geschäftsstelle
  • Akquisition und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Veranstaltern und Auftraggebern
  • Gewinnung von Fördermitteln, Sponsoren und regionalen Unterstützern
  • Weiterentwicklung von Organisation, Strategie, Marketing und PR
  • Planung und Organisation von Proben, Konzerten und Tourneen mit dem Team
  • Verantwortung für Finanzen, Budgetierung und Liquiditätsplanung (inkl. Löhne, SUISA…)
  • Sicherstellung der finanziellen Steuerung des Orchesters inkl. Rapportierung
  • Ausbau und Pflege von Medienkontakten und regionalen Netzwerkkontakten
  • Vertragsverwaltung, IT‑Systeme, Risikomanagement und Prozessoptimierung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Leader und Moderator in der Entwicklung neuer Ideen, Visionen und Strategieelemente
  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement (Events), Budgetierung und Finanzprozessen
  • Hands\-on Mentalität, organisatorische Kompetenz und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Medien, C\-Level Kontakten und Institutionen
  • Affinität zu digitalen Tools und IT\-Systemen
  • Freude und Begeisterung für das Produkt 21CO, Affinität/Kenntnisse zur Musikbranche
