Tâches

  • Manager de magasin ou responsable de succursale - deux titres, une mission : mêmes tâches, mêmes responsabilités. Êtes-vous prêt à faire progresser votre point de vente avec votre équipe ? Alors vous êtes au bon endroit chez nous.
  • Vous savez : en soutenant et motivant vos collaborateurs, vous et votre équipe mettez en œuvre avec succès les mesures de promotion des ventes.
  • Notre clientèle exigeante est ravie de la manière compétente et courtoise dont vous la conseillez.
  • Vous assurez une gestion optimale des marchandises et faites en sorte que votre point de vente donne envie d-acheter.
  • Vos tâches quotidiennes ? Vous élaborez le planning du personnel incluant le contrôle des coûts et prenez en charge l-administration de la succursale.

Exigences

  • Vous êtes convaincant en vente et avez de l-expérience en gestion ? Alors vous êtes fait pour nous.
  • Votre formation professionnelle dans le domaine des bijoux vous a fait devenir un expert technique. Vous êtes compétent en gestion d-entreprise grâce à une formation complémentaire.
  • Vous maîtrisez très bien l-allemand - à l-oral comme à l-écrit.
  • Les programmes Office ? Aucun problème pour vous.
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience dans le secteur ? Cela nous convainc.
