ÖKO-JOB ist ein Arbeitsintegrationsprogramm für Menschen, die beim Ein- oder Wiedereinstieg in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt Unterstützung benötigen. Wir suchen

Geschäftsführer\*in \[80 - 100 %\] ab 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung ##

Ihre Aufgaben  

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die (operative) Leitung und (strategische) Weiterentwicklung von ÖKO-JOB in Zusammenarbeit mit einem bestehenden Geschäftsleitungsteam und dem Stiftungsrat
  • Kontakt, Vernetzung und Führen von Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebenden und anderen Dritten
  • Weiterentwicklung, Professionalisierung und Diversifizierung des agogischen Angebotes sowie des Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolios
  • Verantwortung für die finanzielle Führung von ÖKO-JOB (Budget, Controlling, Kostenrechnung, Liquiditätsplanung, Abschluss nach Swiss GAP FER 21)
  • Führen, fördern und weiterentwickeln von dezentralen Teams
  • Ausbau des Fundraisings
  • Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrads
  • Gesamtorganisatorisches Qualitätsmanagement (nach Inqualis)

  • Ein modernes und verbindendes Führungsverständnis
  • Mehrjährige Managements-Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsintegration
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Stellen, Behörden und sozialen Institutionen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, vernetztes Denken und Gespür für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen, Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflektion
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Sozialbereich
  • Strategischer Weitblick für eine einzigartige und zukunftsfähige Positionierung
  • Lust auf den täglichen Spagat als Arbeitgeberin im sozialen Umfeld mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Herausforderungen
