Unsere Mandantin, die Power Aarau AG, stellt erneuerbares Biogas aus kommunalen Grünabfällen her und leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Kreislaufwirtschaft und nachhaltigen Energiegewinnung. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

Sie sind dem Verwaltungsratspräsidenten direkt unterstellt und für die umfassende Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und des Betriebs\-Teams verantwortlich. Die Aufgabe beinhaltet den erfolgreichen Abschluss der Inbetriebnahme, das Erreichen der vollen Kapazität und die Sicherstellung des durchgehenden Anlagenbetriebs. Ihr Fokus ist der effiziente, qualitativ einwandfreie und kostengünstige Betrieb der Anlage. Neben der Führung, der operativen Mitarbeit und der Übernahme von regelmässigen Pikettdiensten vertreten Sie das Unternehmen auch gegen aussen und sind für die Akquisition und den Aufbau von weiteren Partnern im Bereich Grünabfälle sowie für die Abnahme der flüssigen und festen Reststoffe (Dünger) verantwortlich. Zuhanden des Verwaltungsrates erstellen Sie die regelmässigen Managementberichte sowie die jährlichen Budget\- und Investitionsplanungen. Nach einer Einarbeitung schätzen Sie auch die Mitarbeit in Branchenvereinigungen.

Ihre Persönlichkeit

Abgeschlossene technische oder landwirtschaftliche Grundausbildung und idealerweise Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH in technischer und/oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Richtung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung. Kenntnisse im Bereich Grünabfallverwertung, Biogasherstellung, Gärresteaufbereitung oder Erfahrungen in einem ähnlichen Umfeld (z.B. KVA) helfen Ihnen beim erfolgreichen Einstieg. Erste, direkte Führungserfahrungen wären ein Vorteil. Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Macherqualitäten zeichnen Sie aus. Sie sind eigenmotiviert, stressresistent und kommunizieren adressatengerecht sowohl intern wie auch extern (Technologielieferanten/\-partner, Gemeinden/Verwaltungen, Landwirte, Lohnunternehmer, Öffentlichkeit/Nachbarn). Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, idealerweise auch Schweizerdeutsch.
