Als eine gemeinnützige Organisation mit Sitz in Bern initiiert, fördert und realisiert die Oekonomische Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Bern OGG Projekte für ressourcenschonende Lebensgrundlagen. Wir unterstützen Massnahmen für eine zukunftsfähige Landwirtschaft, fördern den Bodenschutz, setzen uns für nachhaltige Ernährungssysteme ein und beschäftigen uns mit aktuellen Gesellschaftsfragen. Der Weltacker und der Stiftsgarten in der Berner Altstadt repräsentieren unser gemeinnütziges Engagement. Zudem engagieren wir uns - teilweise über Tochtergesellschaften - für die Prävention von Food Waste, für soziale Teilhabe sowie Urban Gardening. Wir sind Herausgeberin der Zeitung Schweizer Bauer.

Für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Zollikofen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Geschäftsführer:in 80-100 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative Gesamtleitung unseres Vereins und führen die Geschäftsstelle mit rund 15 Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vorstand und weiteren Leitungsgremien zusammen, bereiten die Sitzungen vor und sorgen für die Umsetzung der Beschlüsse.
  • Sie verantworten die Umsetzung der Projekte im Rahmen der vom Vorstand beschlossenen Strategie.
  • Sie unterstützen die strategische Planung.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kommunikationsspezialist:innen sorgen Sie für eine gute Kommunikation innerhalb der OGG und nach aussen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss oder einen höheren Berufsabschluss.
  • Sie haben mehrere Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer gemeinnützigen Organisation und können sich mit den Werten der OGG Bern identifizieren.
  • Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an einer zukunftsfähigen Landwirtschaft, Bodenschutz, nachhaltigen Ernährungssystemen sowie an Umwelt- und Gesellschaftsthemen mit.
  • Eine Weiterbildung in NPO-Management ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie leben einen kooperativen, offenen und transparenten Führungsstil, der auf Vertrauen, klaren Verantwortlichkeiten und Entscheidungen sowie einem Fokus auf das gemeinsame Erreichen von Zielen basiert.
  • Die Nutzung moderner Softwarelösungen ist Ihnen vertraut.
  • Sie haben Freude daran, in einem kleinen und engagierten Team Projekte mit hohem gesellschaftlichem Nutzen aktiv voranzutreiben.
