Geschäftsführer/in Filiale Strassen- und Tiefbau ------------------------------------------------

Für eine überregional tätige Bauunternehmung im Strassen-, Tief- und Belagbau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Filialleitung für die Region Winterthur. Das Unternehmen führt rund 200 Mitarbeitende an sechs Filialen und setzt Infrastrukturprojekte kundennah und nachhaltig um.

Sie übernehmen die operative und personelle Gesamtverantwortung der Filiale. Sie setzen die vom Verwaltungsrat vorgegebene Strategie um, sichern den reibungslosen Ablauf der baulichen Leistungserbringung und steuern Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit sowie die wirtschaftliche Führung der Niederlassung. Dazu gehören die Leitung, Überwachung und Koordination der operativen Aktivitäten, die Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Behörden und den übrigen Filialen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung der vom Verwaltungsrat vorgegebenen Strategie in der Filiale
  • Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der baulichen Leistungserbringung im Strassen- und Tiefbau
  • Leitung, Überwachung und Koordination der operativen Aktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung hoher Ausführungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitverantwortung für Kalkulation, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Ergebnis der Filiale

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als dipl. Baumeisterin / dipl. Baumeister, Bauingenieurin / Bauingenieur oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Praxis als Bauführerin / Bauführer sowie Erfahrung in der Kalkulation
  • Ausgewiesene Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Pensum 80 - 100 %, Eintritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
