In den vergangenen Jahren haben wir den Bereich Klimalösungen gezielt aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt. Gemeinsam mit spezialisierten Technologie\- und Planungspartnern entwickeln und realisieren wir intelligente Lösungen für Heizung, Kühlung und Lüftung in Neu\- und Umbauten. Unsere Lösungen sind energieeffizient und wirtschaftlich attraktiv. Die Nachfrage ist hoch, das Marktpotenzial . Heute erzielt der Bereich bereits rund CHF 3 Mio. Jahresumsatz. Für die nächste Phase suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, den Bereich weiterentwickelt und seine Zukunft aktiv mitprägt.

Ihre Aufgabe Als Geschäftsführer:in tragen Sie die fachliche und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung. Sie

  • führen und entwickeln das Team
  • verantworten Umsatz und Ergebnis
  • bauen Verkauf, Netzwerk und Marktpräsenz aus
  • steuern Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
  • entwickeln Angebot, Strukturen und Prozesse weiter
  • arbeiten eng mit externen Fachplanern, Architekten, Bauherrschaften und weiteren Partnern zusammen

Dabei erhalten Sie viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direkten Einfluss auf die zukünftige Ausrichtung.

Was Sie mitbringen Sie denken unternehmerisch, verstehen technische Zusammenhänge und können Kunden, Menschen und Zahlen zusammenbringen. Erfahrung in Gebäudetechnik, HLKS, technischem Innenausbau, Spezialbau oder Business Development ist von Vorteil. Entscheidend sind für uns Unternehmergeist, Verkaufsstärke, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Französisch oder Englisch sind ein Plus.
