Für unser etabliertes Hanf-Fachgeschäft in 8037 Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Geschäftsführer/in. Mittelfristig besteht die Möglichkeit einer Geschäftsübergabe bzw. Nachfolgeregelung für Personen mit entsprechendem Interesse und den nötigen Voraussetzungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Geschäftsbetrieb

Führung und Einsatzplanung des Verkaufsteams

Verantwortung für Einkauf, Warenbewirtschaftung und Lieferantenkontakte

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (inkl. Alterskontrolle 18+)

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Webshops sowie digitaler Verkaufskanäle

Finanz- und Administrationsaufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

Mitwirkung bei strategischen Entscheidungen und der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts

Ihr Profil

Unternehmerisch denkende, zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit

Erfahrung in einer Führungs- oder Geschäftsführungsposition von Vorteil

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Sicherer Umgang mit PC, Office-Programmen und digitalen Tools

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil)

Interesse an natürlichen Produkten sowie am Thema Hanf / CBD

Bereitschaft, sich langfristig zu engagieren – Interesse an einer allfälligen Geschäftsübernahme von Vorteil
