Um das Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, baut die Sequoia Star AG einen neuen Standort in Basel auf. Für diese unternehmerische Aufgabe suchen wir eine erfahrene, gewinnende Persönlichkeit, die den Aufbau vor Ort mit Herzblut und unternehmerischem Gespür übernimmt. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich Operative und fachliche Leitung des neuen Standorts Basel, sowie von Grund auf verantwortlich für den strategischen und organisatorischen Aufbau Akquisition neuer Kunden im Raum Basel sowie Pflege bestehender Kontakte Rekrutierung, Beratung und Vermittlung von Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für Temporär\- und Dauerstellen Sukzessiver Aufbau und Führung eines eigenen Teams Vertretung der Sequoia Star AG nach aussen und aktive Positionierung der Marke im Basler Markt Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalberatung oder Personalvermittlung, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung Bestehendes Netzwerk und Marktkenntnisse im Raum Basel Unternehmerisch geprägte, kommunikationsstarke und verhandlungssichere Persönlichkeit Eigeninitiative, Abschlussstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kandidaten Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil Ihre Benefits Eine unternehmerische Rolle mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum beim Aufbau eines neuen Standorts Kurze Entscheidungswege und ein motiviertes Umfeld Eine attraktive Anstellungs\- und Provisionsregelung Möglichkeit, den Erfolg des neuen Standorts massgeblich mitzuprägen. jpid399bf19jm jit0936jm jiy26jm
