2027 beendet unser langjähriger Geschäftsführer seine Tätigkeit. Für die Nachfolge suchen wir per 1. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n engagierte:n, velobegeisterte:n

Geschäftsführer:in.

Pro Velo beider Basel setzt sich seit über 50 Jahren politisch und mit diversen Dienstleistungen und Aktionen fürs Velofahren in den beiden Basel und angrenzenden Gemeinden ein.

In der Verkehrspolitik engagieren wir uns für sichere und attraktive Velowege. Im Kontakt mit den Behörden beheben wir Gefahrenstellen. In Schulen und Betrieben machen wir Veloförderung und Verkehrsbildung. Für Kinder, Familien und Erwachsene führen wir Fahrkurse durch.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Geschäftsführer:in von Pro Velo beider Basel bis Du zuständig für die Organisation und Koordination der Aktivitäten zur Erhöhung der Attraktivität des Velofahrens im Alltag und zur Verbesserung der Veloinfrastruktur in der Region Basel.

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Führung der Geschäftsstelle
  • Führung der drei Mitarbeitenden der Geschäftsstelle und des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens
  • Prüfung von behördlichen Verkehrsplanungen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Interessensvertretung gegenüber Verwaltung, Politik und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Vorbereitung der und Teilnahme an Sitzungen (Vorstand, Arbeitsgruppen)

Was Du mitbringst

  • Begeisterung fürs Velofahren im Alltag
  • Interesse an Verkehrsplanung; eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Flair fürs Schreiben und für Zahlen
  • Fähigkeit, ein kleines Team zu führen
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung
  • Freude daran, ein Netzwerk in Verwaltung, Politik und Verbänden aufzubauen und zu pflegen, und die Fähigkeit, unsere Anliegen darin wirksam zu vertreten
