Die Pfarrkirchenstiftung St. Peter und Paul Zürich engagiert sich seit 1956 für gemeinnützige und soziale Aufgaben sowie für den nachhaltigen Erhalt und die Entwicklung ihrer Wohn- und Gewerbeliegenschaften sowie der Genossenschaft Sozialwerke im Zürcher Kreis 4. Mit der neu geschaffenen Geschäftsführungsfunktion professionalisieren wir unsere Organisation und richten eine zentrale operative Drehscheibe zwischen Stiftungsrat, externen Partnern und unseren Anspruchsgruppen ein. Für diese neue Schlüsselposition suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende, sozial kompetente, integre und initiative Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben als Geschäftsführer:in

  • Sie verantworten die operative Geschäftsführung der Stiftung und der Genossenschaft Sozialwerke und setzen die strategischen Entscheide des Stiftungsrates effizient um.
  • Sie koordinieren und begleiten die Weiterentwicklung des Liegenschaftenportefeuilles zusammen mit Stiftungsrat, externen Liegenschaftenverwaltungen und Dienstleistern.
  • Sie bereiten Geschäfte und Anträge für Stiftungsrat und Genossenschaftsvorstand vor, insbesondere die jährlichen Budgets und Abschlüsse.
  • Sie koordinieren gemeinsam mit der externen Liegenschaftsverwaltung die Betreuung der privaten und institutionellen Mietparteien.
  • Sie planen Unterhalt, Renovationen oder bauliche Veränderungen zusammen mit dem für Liegenschaften zuständigen Stiftungsratsmitglied.
  • Sie gestalten die interne und externe Kommunikation zusammen mit den Präsidien von Stiftung und Genossenschaft.
  • Sie treiben organisatorische Entwicklungen sowie die Digitalisierung voran.
  • Sie führen die Ihnen organisatorisch zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden.

Sie bringen mit

  • Höhere Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, etwa in Verwaltung, Treuhand, Immobilien oder im Non Profit-Bereich;
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Anspruchsgruppen; Sicherheit im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen inkl. Budgetprozessen;
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Organisations- und Umsetzungskompetenz;
  • Interesse an Immobilien- und Organisationsentwicklung;
  • Bereitschaft, sich längerfristig zu engagieren;
  • Vertrautheit mit christlichen Werten und katholischen Institutionen im Raum Zürich von Vorteil.
