Die lokal verankerte Wasser\- und Elektrizitätswerk Steinhausen AG (WESt) versorgt rund 10'000 Einwohner:innen sowie zahlreiche Gewerbebetriebe in Steinhausen mit Strom und Trinkwasser. Und dies zuverlässig, wirtschaftlich und umweltverträglich seit über 100 Jahren. Darüber hinaus bietet die WESt in der Anbindung und Kommunikation innovative wie auch kundenfreundliche Lösungen. Ein Team von 14 motivierten Mitarbeitenden setzt sich tagtäglich für eine sichere Versorgung und eine nachhaltige Infrastruktur ein. Den Mitarbeitenden wird ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Umfeld geboten. Nun sind wir beauftragt, eine lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Person als Geschäftsführer:in anzusprechen. Sie sind direkt dem Verwaltungsrat unterstellt, berichten regelmässig an dessen Präsidenten und unterstützen in strategischen Themen. Nebst der personellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Leitung bilden Sie zusammen mit dem administrativen Leiter die Geschäftsleitung. Die acht Mitarbeitenden im technischen Büro, Netzbau Wasser, Netzbau Strom und dem Zählerwesen leiten Sie direkt. Mit Ihrem Team planen Sie die Ausbau\- und Sanierungsvorhaben und stellen so die langfristige Entwicklung der Netze sicher. Bei grösseren Bau\- und Sanierungsprojekten übernehmen Sie die operative Verantwortung. Sie stehen in engem Kontakt mit der Gemeinde, betreuen Geschäftskunden und pflegen die Partnerschaften mit den umliegenden Versorgern und Tiefbauunternehmen. Wir wenden uns an eine motivierte und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit technischer Ausbildung, z.B. Netzelektriker:in, Elektroinstallateur:in und einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung. Wichtig ist uns Ihre Führungserfahrung wie auch die Praxis in der Strom\- und Wasserversorgung, inklusive der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen eines EVU’s, bzw. Wasserversorgungsunternehmens. Sie kennen sich in der Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten aus und bringen hier einen Leistungsausweis als Projektleiter:in mit. Im Finanzbereich verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Budgetierung, Finanzplanung, Controlling und Investitionsplanung.
