Geschäftsführer:in SVIAL Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Geschäftsführer:in SVIAL (50–80%) Du möchtest nicht einfach verwalten, sondern mitgestalten? Der SVIAL ist der schweizweite Berufsverband für Fachpersonen aus Agrar\-, Lebensmittel\- und verwandten Wissenschaften. Mit rund 1500 Mitgliedern vernetzen wir Menschen, Hochschulen, Unternehmen und Organisationen entlang des Agro\-Food\-Systems. Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die den SVIAL gemeinsam mit dem Präsidium, dem Vorstand, den Kommissionen und der Geschäftsstelle weiterentwickelt. Was du bewegst: Du konzipierst und leitest Projekte, Veranstaltungen und neue Angebote von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Du pflegst Beziehungen zu Mitgliedern, Hochschulen, Unternehmen und Partnerorganisationen. Du setzt die Verbandsstrategie operativ um. Du denkst Netzwerken neu und entwickelst Formate, die Menschen aus Agrar\-, Lebensmittel\- und verwandten Wissenschaften zeitgemäss verbinden. Du verantwortest Mitgliedergewinnung, Mitgliederbindung und Community Management. Du steuerst Budget und Ressourcen und entwickelst interne Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Du nutzt digitale Tools gezielt und entwickelst Kommunikation, Marketing und Arbeitsweisen weiter. Du begleitest Vorstandssitzungen, koordinierst Vorstands\- und Kommissionsarbeiten mit und begleitest deren Umsetzung. Je nach Interesse und Pensum besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, dein Know\-how beim verbandseigenen Lehrmittelverlag Edition\-lmz AG einzubringen.
