Noveos engagiert sich im Zürcher Oberland mit Herz, Kompetenz und Weitblick für Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Wir begleiten, fördern und schaffen Perspektiven - mit qualitativ hochstehenden sozialpsychiatrischen Angeboten und einem starken, engagierten Team (alle Infos finden Sie auf www.noveos.ch ).

Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir eine führungsstarke, menschlich überzeugende, fachlich kompetente und sozial-unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit als Geschäftsführerin / Geschäftsführer. Sie werden unsere Stiftung in den bestehenden, aktuell sehr stabilen Strukturen, gemeinsam mit dem Stiftungsrat und der Geschäftsleitung schrittweise, mit Augenmass und konsequent weiterführen sowie weiterentwickeln.

Ihre Verantwortung und Aufgaben

  • Gesamtleitung der Stiftung in fachlicher, personeller, organisatorischer und finanzieller Hinsicht inklusive der strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Führung unserer vielfältigen Angebote
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung einer respektvollen, wertschätzenden, motivierenden Kultur
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochstehenden sozialpsychiatrischen Betreuung unserer Klient\*innen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Angebote und Strukturen - Bewährtes weiterführen, Neues mit Augenmass ermöglichen
  • Aktive Pflege und Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit kantonalen Stellen, Behörden und weiteren Partnern
  • Nachhaltige Sicherung der menschlichen und wirtschaftlichen Stabilität unserer Stiftung einschliesslich der wirtschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer ertragsrelevanten Angebote

Ihr Profil

  • Ausgewiesene Fachkenntnisse im sozialpsychiatrischen Bereich auf tertiärem Niveau.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Sozialpsychiatrie oder verwandten sozialen Handlungsfeldern
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung in einer sozialen Organisation oder Klinik.
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Empathie
  • Freude und Fähigkeit, unsere Stiftung gemeinsam mit einer kompetenten Geschäftsleitung zu führen und dabei sozialpsychiatrische Qualität mit wirtschaftlicher Verantwortung zu verbinden
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit pragmatischer Umsetzungskraft
  • Finanzielle Kompetenz und unternehmerisches Verständnis mit Erfahrung in wirtschaftlich getragenen sozialen Organisationen oder vergleichbaren Angebotsstrukturen
  • Kenntnis der kantonalen und eidgenössischen Strukturen sowie der kantonalen Ansprechpartner\*innen und Förderstellen
  • Integrative Persönlichkeit mit Entscheidungsfreude und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
