Pour une maison Tertianum à Berne, nous recherchons pour le 1er décembre 2026 ou à convenir un/une

 

Directeur / Directrice 100 %

 

Vos tâches

  • Vente active et occupation des lits de soins selon les KPI définis
  • Gestion quotidienne du plan des postes et du planning des services en fonction de l'occupation actuelle
  • Direction active, habilitation et développement des collaborateurs directs conformément à nos principes de leadership
  • Mise en œuvre durable des concepts et standards
  • Contrôle, adaptation et mise en œuvre continue de la stratégie concurrentielle

 

Votre profil

  • Formation en management de niveau tertiaire achevée. Formation complémentaire en gérontologie souhaitée
  • Expérience avérée en gestion dans un poste comparable
  • Bonne présentation, sens de la négociation, capacité de dialogue et de consensus
  • Esprit analytique et entrepreneurial prononcé
  • Compétences en gestion d'entreprise
  • Gestion basée sur des indicateurs clés
  • Attitude chaleureuse et pleine d'humour
  • Goût pour les défis variés
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, ainsi que des connaissances en français et/ou en italien sont un atout
