Stellenbeschreibung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für ein Team von 20 Mitarbeiter, sowie die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des Unternehmens
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Fachbereiche Tragwerksplanung, Tiefbau, Architektur und Baumanagement
  • Personelle und fachliche Führung von Bereichsleitern und Mitarbeitenden
  • Pflege und Ausbau eines nachhaltigen Kundennetzwerks in der Ostschweiz
  • Akquisition von Projekten und Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Bauherren, Behörden und Partnern
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Planungs\- und Ausführungsqualität
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Ergebnisrechnung, Ressourcenplanung und Unternehmenskennzahlen
  • Förderung der Digitalisierung, Innovation und Nachwuchsentwicklung

Profil

  • Studium als Bauingenieur FH/ETH, idealerweise mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion im Ingenieur\-, Architektur\- oder Bauumfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Erfahrung in der Kundenentwicklung
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Bau\- und Ingenieurmarktes
  • Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungskompetenz
  • Netzwerk in der Deutschschweizer Bau\- und Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
