Die nationale Geschäftsstelle in Bern erbringt alle Leistungen von Pink Cross. Die sechs Mitarbeitenden erfüllen vielfältige Aufgaben in zahlreichen Projekten und arbeiten mit verschiedenen Partnern zusammen. Die Geschäftsstelle führt alle Vereinsgeschäfte und vertritt Pink Cross gegenüber Mitgliedern und Dritten.

Deine Aufgaben

Du leistest die Geschäftsstelle und führst die Mitarbeitenden. Dabei hast du selbst verschiedene operative Aufgaben, insbesondere in den Bereichen Politik, Medien und Fundraising. Du vertrittst Pink Cross in der Öffentlichkeit und gegenüber Partnerorganisationen, in Arbeitsgruppen, Gremien und anderen Kontexten. An den Sitzungen des Vorstands bist du mit beratender Stimme dabei. Bei deinen Arbeiten orientierst du dich an statutarischen und strategischen Vorgaben. 

Das bringst du idealerweise mit

  • Du verfügst über die nötigen Qualifizierungen und Arbeitserfahrungen, kannst Mitarbeitende coachen und die vielfältigen Aufgaben (Politik, Medien, Verein, Finanzen, Projektmanagement) erfüllen. Du bist es gewohnt, auch inhaltlich komplexe Themen rasch zu erfassen, konkrete Aufgaben abzuleiten und sie verantwortungsvoll, selbstständig und mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und der nötigen Flexibilität zu erledigen.
  • Du kannst dich in Deutsch oder Französisch stilsicher in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken. Du kannst dich in der jeweils anderen Sprache sowie in Englisch verständigen. Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. 
  • Du verstehst die Funktionsweise der Schweizer Politik. Du verfolgst aktuelle Debatten und kennst Organisationen, Netzwerke und Strukturen der LGBTIQ-Community. Du findest dich in einem komplexen Arbeitsumfeld zurecht und kannst die Rolle einer NGO im Sinne der Strategie voll ausschöpfen. Du entwickelst innovative und mehrheitsfähige Lösungen für aktuelle Herausforderungen.
  • Du schätzt den Kontakt mit unterschiedlichsten Menschen aus allen Landesteilen der Schweiz. Du kannst dich empathisch in unterschiedlichste Lebensrealitäten einfühlen. Dank deiner Zugehörigkeit und Verbundenheit zur schwulen/queeren Community kennst du Themen und Lebensrealitäten von schwulen, bi und queeren Männern.
