Die Murhof AG in St. , einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Pfaffnau, bietet rund 60 Bewohnenden ein vertrautes Zuhause mit umfassenden Dienstleistungen in familiärer und persönlicher Atmosphäre. Rund 80 Mitarbeitende (60 Vollzeitstellen) engagieren sich täglich für eine hohe Lebens\- und Pflegequalität. Gleichzeitig steht der Murhof vor einer wegweisenden Entwicklung: Mit dem Projekt «Murhof – Leben in Gemeinschaft» sollen gemeinsam mit einem Investor ein neues Pflegeheim mit 72 Pflegeplätzen sowie rund 40 Alterswohnungen realisiert und die zukünftige Eigentümer\- und Trägerschaftsstruktur weiterentwickelt werden. Für diese spannende Zukunftsaufgabe suchen wir eine führungserfahrene, unternehmerisch denkende und herzliche Persönlichkeit als

Geschäftsleiter:in (80 – 100 %)

Gemeinsam mit dem Verwaltungsrat und der zukünftigen neuen Trägerschaft gestalten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Murhofs. Gleichzeitig tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den laufenden Betrieb und entwickeln diesen wirtschaftlich, qualitativ und organisatorisch konsequent weiter.

Sie führen und entwickeln die Geschäftsleitung und das , schaffen klare Strukturen und Verantwortlichkeiten und fördern eine Kultur der Eigenverantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und Freude an der gemeinsamen Aufgabe. Gemeinsam mit den Geschäftsleitungsmitgliedern setzen Sie die betrieblichen Ziele um und entwickeln den Murhof als attraktiven Arbeitgeber weiter. Sie verantworten die betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Organisation, Qualität und Prozessen. Im Projekt «Murhof – Leben in Gemeinschaft» bringen Sie die betriebliche Perspektive ein und bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen Verwaltungsrat, Eigentümerschaft, Baukommission und Betrieb. Sie pflegen zusammen mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem einen proaktiven Austausch mit den verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und vertreten den Murhof überzeugend und mit Freude nach aussen.

Wir wenden uns an eine erfahrene, betriebswirtschaftlich versierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung in gleicher Funktion und entsprechender Ausbildung. Sie verbinden unternehmerisches und ganzheitliches Denken mit Sozialkompetenz, Initiative und natürlicher Autorität. Sie fördern das selbstbestimmte Leben im Murhof und legen grossen Wert auf eine empathische, verbindliche und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit.
