Geschäftsleiter\*in Centre Anker CAA Ihr Aufgabenbereich In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung des Centre Anker. Sie entwickeln das CAA gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter und sorgen für einen erfolgreichen und reibungslos laufenden Betrieb. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Centres Entwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung im Auftrag des Stiftungsrates sowie die Realisierung entsprechender Projekte Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitäts\- und Serviceniveaus Verantwortung für Budgets, Ressourcen und das Erreichen der definierten Ziele Aufbau und Pflege wichtiger interner und externen Beziehungen Repräsentation des Centres gegenüber Partnern, Gästen und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen Gezieltes und erfolgreiches Fundraising bei Privatpersonen, Stiftungen sowie Unternehmungen Ihr Profil Sie zeichnen sich aus durch eine unternehmerisch denkende und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit und bringen idealerweise Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Leitungsfunktion mit. Zudem zeichnen Sie sich aus durch: Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung, möglicherweise in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld Hohe Affinität und breites Interesse zur Kunstwelt Ausgeprägte organisatorische und konzeptuelle Fähigkeiten Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken, gepaart mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative Sicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Freunde an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleitungsorientierung, Pflege von relevanten Beziehungen Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Das erwartet Sie Sie übernehmen eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Führungsaufgabe mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
