Geschäftsleiterin/Geschäftsleiter 80%-100% für die Rheumaliga beider Basel, möglich wäre auch eine Co-Leitung im Jobsharing

Die Rheumaliga beider Basel ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein und Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), die sich für Menschen mit rheumatischen Erkrankungen und ihre Angehörigen einsetzt.

Was erwartet Sie:

  • eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direkter Wirkung
  • operative Geschäftsstellenführung zur Umsetzung der Strategie des Vorstands
  • Leitung eines kleinen Teams mit Verantwortung für das Personalwesen & Führung der Mitarbeitenden inklusive Kursleitende
  • Budgetsteuerung und Finanz-Buchhaltung inklusive Lohnwesen und Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses mit der Treuhand- und Revisions-Stelle
  • Stärkung der finanziellen Basis der Stiftung (Fundraising, Fördergesuche, Kontaktpflege zu Donatoren, u. ä.)
  • Verantwortung für die externe Kommunikation (Website, Newsletter, Social Media, Medienanfragen, Jahresbericht, u. ä.)
  • Konzipierung & Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Projekten
  • Weiterentwicklung der Leistungs-Angebote, Abläufe und Projekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Dachorganisation (Rheumaliga Schweiz)
  • Netzwerkausbau zu Fachpersonen, Behörden und Partnerorganisationen
  • Qualitätssicherung im Kurswesen

Was erwarten wir:

  • Management- und Führungserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder/und einer NPO
  • wenn möglich Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Fundraising, Finanzen, Buchhaltung und/oder Personalwesen
  • Offene und respektvolle Kommunikation, ein sicheres Auftreten, Hands-on-Mentalität, Kreativität, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • strukturiertes, konzeptionelles und strategisches Vorgehen mit klarer Prioritätensetzung
  • mündliche und schriftliche Sicherheit in Deutsch
