Geschäftsleitung Vorsorgestiftung (100%) Die Pensionskasse Musik und Bildung mit Sitz in Basel wurde 1978 vom Verband Musikschulen Schweiz gegründet. Heute umfasst sie gegen 9‘000 Vorsorgeverhältnisse, hauptsächlich an rund 300 Musikschulen. Alle Einkommen werden ab dem ersten Franken versichert. Wir suchen infolge Pensionierung der aktuellen Geschäftsleiterin ab Juni 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Geschäftsleitung Vorsorgestiftung (100%) Ihre wesentlichen Tätigkeiten Operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Vorsorgestiftung Leitung der Pensionskassengeschäfte unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und der Reglemente Leitung und Organisation eines kleinen Teams mit zwei Mitarbeitenden, unter eigenem Einbezug in die administrativ\-operativen Aufgaben Dienstleistungsorientierte Ansprech\- und Auskunftsperson für Arbeitgeber, Versicherte, Destinatäre, Revisionsstelle und Stiftungsaufsicht Vollzug der Beschlüsse des Stiftungsrats, mit beratender Funktion in der Anlagekommission und Umsetzung derer Beschlüsse Zusammenarbeit mit sämtlichen Schnittstellen Ihr Profil Ausbildung zur diplomierten Pensionskassenleitung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen mit Schwerpunkt berufliche Vorsorge Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Praxiserfahrung in leitender Stellung in der beruflichen Vorsorge mit entsprechender Führungskompetenz Hohe Sozialkompetenz für eine zielführende, wertschätzende und dienstleistungsorientierte Führung des Betriebs Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und adressatengerecht zu formulieren • Kenntnisse im Bereich IV ösisch\- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil Ihre Perspektive Wir bieten Ihnen eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit im Umfeld der musikalischen Bildung, Musik und anderer Künste.
