Suchst du eine neue Herausforderung in der faszinierenden Welt der Oberflächentechnik? Für unseren Standort in Oberdorf NW suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen oder eine Gestalter:in der Zukunft (HR/Finanzen/IT).

Deine Aufgaben

* Du hinterfragst Prozesse, bevor andere merken, dass sie nicht mehr funktionieren? Du denkst bereichsübergreifend, erkennst Zusammenhänge und bringst Menschen, Zahlen und Systeme zusammen? Dann könnte dies die spannendste Stelle sein, die du heute liest. Deine Mission: Wir suchen keine klassische HR\-, Finanz\- oder IT\-Person. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Zusammenhänge erkennt, Verantwortung übernimmt und die BWB nachhaltig in die Zukunft bringt.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni, FH oder vergleichbar)
  • Breites Interesse an Menschen, Zahlen, Prozessen und Technologie
  • Analytisches Denken und pragmatische Umsetzungsstärke
  • Freude daran, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität: Du packst an, wo es nötig ist
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
