Pour l'un de nos clients, une maison horlogère de renom basée à Genève, nous recherchons plusieurs talents Supply Chain pour renforcer différentes équipes. 1\\. Planificateur Production (H/F) ================================== ### Votre mission Au sein de la division Production, vous assurez l'élaboration des plans de production et le suivi de leur réalisation pour les flux dont vous avez la responsabilité. ### Vos responsabilités \* Intégrer les contraintes des flux dans les outils de planification. \* Construire et valider les plans de production avec les équipes terrain afin de répondre à la demande. \* Piloter les capacités de production et les stocks selon les objectifs stratégiques et les contraintes opérationnelles. \* Mettre en place des solutions alternatives en cas d'écarts et évaluer leurs impacts. \* Garantir l'adéquation charge/capacité sur les postes critiques. \* Participer activement à l'élaboration du budget. \* Construire différents scénarios de planification et budgétaires en collaboration avec les ateliers de production. ### Votre profil \* Formation supérieure (HES, EPFL ou universitaire). \* Bonne maîtrise des fondamentaux de la Supply Chain. \* Première expérience réussie en planification ou dans un environnement Supply Chain. \* Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse. \* Force de proposition et aisance relationnelle. \* Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et rigueur. 2\\. Gestionnaire d'Approvisionnement (H/F) ========================================== ### Votre mission Vous assurez le suivi administratif et opérationnel des commandes fournisseurs afin de garantir l'approvisionnement des composants dans les délais attendus. ### Vos responsabilités \* Traiter les confirmations de commandes transmises par les fournisseurs. \* Effectuer les relances en cas d'absence de confirmation. \* Assurer le suivi des retards de livraison. \* Alerter les approvisionneurs en cas d'écarts par rapport aux prévisions. \* Participer au suivi de la performance fournisseurs. ### Votre profil \* CFC de commerce ou formation équivalente. \* Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire. \* Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel. \* Connaissances SAP, un réel atout. \* Personnalité rigoureuse, organisée et orientée service. \* Goût pour le travail en équipe. 3\\.
