Vos tâches :

En tant que personne de contact centrale pour les étudiant·e·s, les responsables de cursus et les enseignant·e·s, vous accompagnez l'ensemble du cycle administratif des étudiant·e·s - de l'inscription à la désinscription. Vous assurez le bon déroulement de l'administration des étudiant·e·s pour les programmes de Bachelor et Master de la Haute école d'architecture, de construction et de géomatique. Cela comprend notamment : 

  • Traitement des inscriptions reçues 
  • Organisation des inscriptions aux modules, gestion des attestations de performance ainsi que délivrance des diplômes 
  • Émission des factures 
  • Suivi du processus de sortie 
  • Saisie et mise à jour des données des étudiant·e·s dans le système d'administration universitaire

Votre profil :

Vous êtes une personnalité positive, orientée vers le travail en équipe et appréciez les échanges quotidiens avec les étudiant·e·s, les responsables de cursus, les enseignant·e·s et les collègues. De plus, vous travaillez de manière fiable et structurée, gardez toujours une vue d'ensemble même dans les phases intenses et accomplissez vos tâches de manière efficace, précise et avec un grand sens du service. En outre, vous convainquez par :

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou qualification comparable ainsi qu'une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années, idéalement dans le domaine universitaire 
  • Affinité informatique, capacité à vous familiariser rapidement et de manière autonome avec le système d'administration universitaire Evento 
  • Communication impeccable en allemand
