Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes & Service Client (H/F) ##

? Corcelles-près-Payerne (VD) | 80-100 % | CDI

PME industrielle active en Suisse et à l-international, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire ADV & Service Client pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale et notre filiale de distribution de produits chimiques. Vous assurez le suivi administratif des ventes et garantissez une expérience client fluide et professionnelle. Vous avez déjà des expériences similaires en environnement B2B, vous faites preuve d'empathie et gardez toujours à l'esprit la satisfaction du client.

Vos missions ###

  • Saisie, confirmation et suivi des commandes clients
  • Coordination des livraisons avec production/logistique
  • Contrôle des stocks
  • Suivi des délais et gestion des réclamations
  • Contact quotidien avec les clients (téléphone/e-mail)
  • Mise à jour des données et support à l-équipe commerciale et technique
  • Assister le service facturation et recouvrement dans ses missions
  • Participation à l'atteinte des objectifs qualité liée à la certification ISO9001 et ISO14001

Votre profil ###

  • CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience en administration des ventes/service client (idéalement en industrie/PME)
  • À l-aise avec ERP (Sage) et MS Office 365
  • Qualités d'écoute, de communication et de rédaction
  • Forte sensibilité au service et à la satisfaction client
  • Sachant travailler de manière organisée et flexible, en autonomie comme en équipe
  • Français courant ; allemand serait un atout
