Pour notre nouvelle filiale à Morat qui ouvrira ses portes le 1er octobre 2026, nous recherchons des :gestionnaires contentieux à 100% DE.

Profil: - Plus que 3 années d'expérience dans le domaine - Langues : suisse-allemand (langue maternelle) et français (niveau avancé). - Bonnes connaissances des outils IT. - Personnalité positive, dotée de réelles qualités humaines ainsi que d'un sens affirmé de la négociation et de la recherche de solutions. - Excellentes capacités de communication. - Solides capacités d'analyse et vision globale dans la gestion des dossiers. - Autonome tout en ayant un bon esprit d'équipe. - Précision et rigueur dans le suivi administratif.

Tâches: - Gérer un portefeuille attribué et piloter vos dossiers avec un objectif de résultat. - Traiter des dossiers débiteurs durant toute la procédure d'encaissement. - Mener les entretiens dans un esprit d'écoute et de médiation, pour comprendre la situation de chaque débiteur et identifier avec lui la solution la plus adaptée dans le but de déclencher un engagement concret et durable. - Faire preuve d'un véritable sens de la négociation : comprendre les besoins, savoir argumenter, lever les objections et conduire l'entretien jusqu'à un accord, tout en préservant la qualité de la relation avec le débiteur. - Accueil téléphonique et correspondance auprès des débiteurs, clients, offices, tribunaux, etc.

Profil: - Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich - Sprachen: Schweizerdeutsch (Muttersprache) und Französisch (fortgeschrittenes Niveau). - Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IT-Tools. - Positive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten sozialen Kompetenzen sowie ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick und Lösungsorientierung. - Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. - Solide analytische Fähigkeiten und einen ganzheitlichen Blick bei der Fallbearbeitung. - Selbstständiges Arbeiten bei gleichzeitig gutem Teamgeist. - Präzision und Sorgfalt bei der administrativen Abwicklung.

Aufgaben: - Verwaltung eines zugewiesenen Portfolios und ergebnisorientierte Bearbeitung Ihrer Fälle. - Bearbeitung von Forderungsfällen während des gesamten Inkassoverfahrens. - Durchführung von Gesprächen im Sinne des Zuhörens und der Vermittlung, um die Situation jedes Schuldners zu verstehen und gemeinsam mit ihm die am besten geeignete Lösung zu finden, mit dem Ziel, eine konkrete und dauerhafte Verpflichtung zu erreichen. - Ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick unter Beweis stellen: Bedürfnisse verstehen, argumentieren können, Einwände ausräumen und das Gespräch zu einer Einigung führen, wobei die Qualität der Beziehung zum Schuldner gewahrt bleibt. - Telefonischer Empfang und Korrespondenz mit Schuldnern, Kunden, Behörden, Gerichten usw.
