Nous recherchons aujourd'hui, pour compléter notre équipe genevoise, un Gestionnaire Contentieux Vos responsabilités : Suivi des échéances et ouverture des dossiers de contentieux ; Traitement des rappels et des mises en demeure ; Contrôle et suivi des remboursements ; Gestion intégrale des débiteurs ; Dépôt des procédures judiciaires ; Représentation des propriétaires devant les tribunaux ; Rédaction de la correspondance générale du poste. Votre profil : Expérience confirmée dans un service contentieux en Suisse ; Connaissance des procédures de poursuites/d'évacuations vaudoises ; un plus ; Capacité d'analyse des cas de contentieux et faculté de négociation ; Orthographe et rédaction irréprochables ; Précis, proactif, rigoureux et autonome ; De caractère agréable avec bel esprit d'équipe.
