Votre mission : Chez nous, la performance en encaissement se construit par l’écoute et la qualité de la relation. En tant que Gestionnaire contentieux, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : - Gérer un portefeuille attribué et piloter vos dossiers avec un objectif de résultat. - Traiter des dossiers débiteurs durant toute la procédure d'encaissement. - Mener les entretiens dans un esprit d'écoute et de médiation, pour comprendre la situation de chaque débiteur et identifier avec lui la solution la plus adaptée dans le but de déclencher un engagement concret et durable. - Faire preuve d'un véritable sens de la négociation : comprendre les besoins, savoir argumenter, lever les objections et conduire l'entretien jusqu'à un accord, tout en préservant la qualité de la relation avec le débiteur. - Accueil téléphonique et correspondance auprès des débiteurs, clients, offices, tribunaux, etc. Profil recherché : - Formation dans le secteur commercial et/ou financier. - Langues : français (langue maternelle) et anglais (bonnes connaissances). - Une expérience dans le secteur du recouvrement est un atout. Qualités recherchées : - Bonnes connaissances des outils IT. - Personnalité positive, dotée de réelles qualités humaines ainsi que d'un sens affirmé de la négociation et de la recherche de solutions. - Excellentes capacités de communication. - Solides capacités d'analyse et vision globale dans la gestion des dossiers. - Autonome tout en ayant un bon esprit d'équipe. - Précision et rigueur dans le suivi administratif. Conditions de travail : - Contrat : CDI. - Temps de travail : temps plein, possibilité de temps partiel ou horaires flexibles. - Rémunération : selon profil.
