Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) \\Gestionnaire Contentieux \\\& Juridique\\ pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. ### Responsabilités \* Assurer le suivi des dossiers contentieux et juridiques sous le contrôle de la responsable du service et sur la base des instructions des propriétaires et des directives internes. \* Préparer et établir les rappels, mises en demeure, sommations aux locataires/copropriétaires ainsi que les résiliations des baux des locataires en cas de défaut de paiement. \* Assurer le suivi des paiements des locataires/copropriétaires en collaboration avec les services de comptabilités (PPE et gérance) et de Gérance. \* Gérer les procédures judiciaires nécessaires à la préservation des intérêts de notre clientèle. \* Etablir les correspondances aux locataires/copropriétaires et traiter toutes les demandes et réclamations. \* Etablir les rapports périodiques pour certains propriétaires \* Effectuer et assurer le suivi des dépôts de poursuites, requêtes en évacuation, demandes en paiement, hypothèques légales, etc. \* Assurer la représentation aux audiences par\\-devant les instances judiciaires (sur Genève, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Vaud et Valais). ### Qualifications \* Expérience en régie immobilière en Suisse, dans le domaine contentieux. \* Des connaissances approfondies en droit du bail en Suisse. \* Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques \* Une grande aisance dans les contacts, diplomatie, pragmatisme, et personnalité serviable et joviale \* Anglais, un atout. \* Etre organisé(e). ### Avantages \* Un poste diversifié au sein d'une régie dynamique. \* Une collaboration étroite avec une équipe de professionnels. \* Un travail autonome en lien avec les différents intervenants des Sociétés partenaires du Groupe. \* Un cadre et un environnement de travail agréables. \* Une rémunération attractive à la hauteur de l'expérience requise. \* 5 semaines de vacances puis 6 semaines dès 5 ans d'ancienneté. \* Horaires flexibles de 6h30 à 19h30\\. \* Télétravail possible dès la fin de période d'essai. ### Informations pour postuler Si vous êtes motivé(e) à rejoindre notre entreprise, nous vous invitons à soumettre votre candidature avec un dossier complet incluant diplômes et certificats de travail. !\[Gerofinance - Régie du Rhône SA\]( ) \* Gerofinance \\- Régie du Rhône SA Avenue de l'Etang 57 1219 Châtelaine \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid966f03bjm jpit0939jm jpiy26jm
