Gestionnaire Copropriétés à 100%

Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en gestion technique immobilière, alors rejoignez notre équipe.

Cahier des charges :

  • Pérenniser les mandats actuels en garantissant un haut niveau de qualité de service
  • Établir l’ordre du jour des AG et s’assurer de l’envoi des convocations
  • Présider les assemblées générales des PPE, établir les PV et s’assurer de la bonne exécution de tous les points votés en AG
  • Contrôler et valider les comptes des PPE tout en assistant les comptables
  • Coordonner l'entretien des bâtiments à travers des contrôles réguliers et effectuer des rapports
  • Encadrer et superviser le travail des concierges sur le terrain
  • Gérer les sinistres
  • Gérer tous les aspects administratifs liés aux travaux (logiciels immobiliers Quorum, OnBase, Homepad, Immodata, Tayo, etc.)
  • Gérer les contrats et les abonnements de maintenance avec les prestataires externes
  • Évaluer les besoins en travaux, analyser les devis et mener les négociations avec les entreprises, en accord avec la Direction
  • Planifier et suivre les chantiers ; contrôler la bonne exécution des travaux
  • Établir la liaison entre la promotion immobilière et les entreprises pour régler les défauts après la construction

Votre profil :

  • Pouvant justifier d’au moins trois ans d’activité dans une régie immobilière en Suisse ou d’une expérience équivalente
  • Une formation technique dans l'immobilier ainsi qu'une expérience préalable dans la gestion de PPE sont de réels atouts pour ce poste
  • Au bénéfice d’une formation technique dans l’immobilier et ayant déjà exercé la gestion d’un portefeuille PPE constituerait un atout
  • Formations reconnues (USPI, APGCI ou équivalent) seraient un plus
  • Grande maîtrise rédactionnelle
  • Doté\-e d’une grande motivation ainsi que d’une excellente organisation
  • Capacité d’anticipation et de planification. Bonne résistance au stress
  • Orienté\-e service à la clientèle et pourvu\-e d'écoute et d'empathie
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques ; la connaissance de Quorum représente un atout
  • De langue maternelle française avec des connaissances d’anglais
  • Motivé\-e à rejoindre une équipe soudée et compétente
  • Prêt\-e à relever un défi avec l’idée de vous engager à long terme
