Au sein d'un environnement exigeant et réglementé, vous serez en charge de l'instruction, de l'analyse et du suivi de dossiers nécessitant un examen approfondi des aspects administratifs, financiers et personnels. \\Vos responsabilités\\ \\\< \\\>Analyser et évaluer des situations individuelles nécessitant une appréciation rigoureuse des faits ; \\ \\\< \\\>Examiner et interpréter différents documents et pièces justificatives permettant de déterminer les droits ou les prestations concernés ; \\ \\\< \\\>Contrôler la conformité des informations fournies et identifier les éléments nécessitant des vérifications complémentaires ; \\ \\\< \\\>Mener des entretiens avec les usagers afin de recueillir les renseignements nécessaires à la bonne compréhension de leur situation ; \\ \\\< \\\>Rechercher, recouper et synthétiser les informations utiles à l'instruction des dossiers ; \\ \\\< \\\>Appliquer les bases légales, les directives et les procédures en vigueur ; \\ \\\< \\\>Émettre des préavis, rédiger des rapports, courriers, notes et autres documents administratifs ; \\ \\\< \\\>Participer au traitement des oppositions et assurer suivi administratif des décisions rendues ; \\ \\\< \\\>Garantir un traitement des dossiers conforme aux exigences de qualité, d'équité et de confidentialité. \\ \\Votre profil\\ \\\< \\\>Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et traitement de dossiers complexes ; \\ \\\< \\\>Brévet Fédéral en Assurances sociales un atout; \\ \\\< \\\>Expérience au sein des assurances sociales, de l'aide sociale, d'une administration publique ou d'un domaine similaire exigé ; \\ \\\< \\\>Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de discernement ; \\ \\\< \\\>Aisance relationnelle et aptitude à conduire des entretiens avec des interlocuteurs issus d'horizons variés ; \\ \\\< \\\>Capacité à travailler de ère autonome, méthodique et organisée ; \\ \\\< \\\>Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français ; \\ \\\< \\\>Bonne connaissance du système suisse des assurances sociales exigé. \\ Cette opportunité s'adresse à une personne capable de conjuguer rigueur administrative, sens de l'analyse et prise de position objective dans l'évaluation de situations parfois complexes. \\Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ?
