Description de l'emploi ##

Nous recherchons pour le Ministère public vaudois, un·e gestionnaire de dossiers spécialisés itinérant·e pour les 6 sites. 

Dans ce cadre, vous assurez le secrétariat et le fonctionnement du greffe auquel vous êtes rattaché·e.

En complément aux activités ci-dessous, vous tenez les statistiques et renseignez, au besoin, les divers intervenants aux dossiers.

En outre, vous pouvez être amené·e à prendre des procès-verbaux d'audiences.

Le Ministère public est l'autorité de poursuite pénale pour l'ensemble du territoire vaudois. C'est donc lui qui dirige la procédure pénale préliminaire et les enquêtes sur les infractions portées à sa connaissance, lorsqu-elles concernent des personnes majeures. Il représente également l'accusation devant les tribunaux et diverses instances judiciaires.

Le Ministère public est composé du Ministère public central, des 4 offices d-arrondissement et du Ministère public cantonal STRADA.

Responsabilités ##

  • Assurer le secrétariat et le fonctionnement du greffe auquel vous êtes assigné·e
  • Gérer les dossiers judiciaires instruits par le·la procureur·e du greffe auquel vous êtes assigné·e
  • Renseigner les justiciables et partenaires de la chaîne pénale
  • Assister le·la procureur·e ou le·la greffier·ière en audition du greffe auquel vous êtes assigné·e

Le Ministère public offre à son personnel des possibilités de flexibilité dans l-organisation du temps de travail.

Ce poste requiert des déplacements ponctuels, mais ceux-ci ne sont pas quotidiens.

Qualifications ##

  • Certificat fédéral d'employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience souhaitée de quelques années dans le domaine judiciaire
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'orthographe
  • Rigueur, capacité d'adaptation et facilité à travailler en équipe
  • Flexibilité, résistance au stress et discrétion
  • Respect des normes et des procédures
  • Sens de l'organisation et du service public
  • Casier judiciaire vierge et exempt·e de poursuites ou d'acte de défaut de biens
  • Idéalement avoir le permis et posséder un véhicule privé

L'exercice d'une activité annexe dans le même domaine est considéré comme un conflit d'intérêt et est donc incompatible avec le poste.
