La gestion des prestations soutient les prestataires dans le quotidien clinique, analyse et vérifie les prestations documentées et développe des évaluations ainsi que des optimisations basées sur les données. En étroite collaboration interprofessionnelle, l'équipe renforce la qualité et la traçabilité de la facturation des prestations.

Voici où vous vous engagez

  • à conseiller et soutenir les départements spécialisés sur les questions techniques et professionnelles liées à la saisie des prestations, à la facturation et aux rejets
  • à assumer la responsabilité fonctionnelle des applications pour l-outil de facturation et ses systèmes UM, en assurant leur fonctionnement sans faille ainsi que leur développement continu
  • à garantir la qualité et l-exhaustivité de la saisie des prestations ambulatoires par des contrôles et analyses ciblés
  • à participer activement à des projets transversaux et à apporter votre expertise dans l-optimisation des processus
  • à dispenser des formations générales et personnalisées sur la saisie des prestations (V6) incluant la transmission des connaissances tarifaires
  • à la responsabilité et au support applicatif de tous les systèmes IBI-care
  • à la collaboration interdisciplinaire au sein du support clinique

Vous

  • possédez une formation de base commerciale ou médicale achevée (par ex. spécialiste en assurances, assistante médicale ou assistante en soins et santé communautaire) avec de solides compétences administratives
  • disposez d-au moins 1 an d-expérience professionnelle
  • maîtrisez parfaitement les tarifs médicaux ambulatoires ainsi que d-autres systèmes tarifaires ambulatoires
  • êtes à l-aise dans l-application autonome et correcte des tarifs
  • avez une méthode de travail structurée, autonome et fiable
  • êtes une personne orientée équipe avec un sens aigu des responsabilités
  • possédez une pensée en réseau ainsi qu-une approche proactive et orientée solutions
