Gestionnaire de Salaires Gestionnaire de Salaires ======================== Pour notre client, fiduciaire de la place genevoise, nous cherchons un ou une Gestionnaire de Salaires. Poste à 80/100% en présentiel. Accompagnement d'une petite équipe. Gestionnaire de Salaires ======================== Pour le compte des clients mais également de la fiduciaire, vous aurez à charge : \\- La gestion complète du processus de paie pour l'entièreté du portefeuille client. \\- L'analyse et la tenue des données relatives aux employés (congés, heures travaillées, avantages sociaux etc...). \\- Le suivi des indicateurs, la préparation de statistiques ainsi que la complétion du bouclement des salaires et des justificatifs liés. \\- La régularisation toute situation salariale incorrecte et ce au regard des réglementations en vigueur. \\- Veille juridique \\- L'établissement de reportings réguliers à destination des associés de la fiduciaire. \\- Expérience confirmée en payroll sur du multi\\-mandat et idéalement en fiduciaire Suisse \\- Capacité à être référent de la structure pour la partie salaire et collaborateur \\- Connaissances juridiques \\- Capacité éprouvée à gérer plusieurs mandats en simultané. \\- Le brevet fédéral représente un atout. Il est important d'avoir un bon bagage technique paie / rh et de pouvoir travailler dans une fiduciaire qui concilie tradition et modernité.
