Maxi Bazar compte aujourd’hui 43 magasins en Suisse romande et continue de se développer en implantant de nouveaux magasins. Maxi Bazar offre à ses clients tout le nécessaire pour la maison. Notre signature !! Des mini prix et un maxi choix !!

Vous êtes la personne idéale en qualité de vendeur/euse avec un taux d’activité à 100%, pour gérer de manière inspirante les aspects opérationnels dans un de nos magasins Maxi Bazar « mini prix maxi choix » au magasin de Crissier, car vous vous montrez disponible à vos collègues et à nos clients au quotidien.

Dans le cadre de votre activité, vous : • créez une atmosphère positive envers notre clientèle, notre enseigne et vos collègues; • incarnez la philosophie de notre entreprise en théorie et en pratique et faites ainsi figure d’expert sur le service client et sa fidélisation; • démontrez chaque jour votre talent organisationnel en matière de gestion des marchandises, d’interprétation des chiffres-clés et de veiller aux aspects d’écologiques et de durabilité; • mettez toujours, avec l’aide de votre équipe, nos clients au premier plan, à la caisse comme en coulisses; • assurez dans les opérations commerciales et dans la rentabilité des rayons.

Vos qualifications : • Vous disposez d’une formation professionnelle dans le commerce de détail ou d’une formation équivalente avec de bonnes connaissances en français; • Vous aspirez à relever un nouveau défi dans la vente ou vous attestez de quelques années d’expérience dans le commerce de détail; • Vous vous démarquez par une forte orientation client et service; • Vous admirez nos thèmes inspirants et vous avez fortement envie de participer pleinement au concept MAXI BAZAR; • Vous faites preuve d’une grande motivation, d’une bonne forme physique et êtes disposé/e à vous engager davantage; • Vous disposez d’un talent confirmé en matière de proposer des solutions et de créer des zones d’ambiance.
