Pour le département des Frais Médicaux, le groupe Qualibroker Swiss Risk \& Care, recherche un/e

Gestionnaire en Assurance Maladie Trilingue 100% \- FR/ALL/ANG ==============================================================

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous serez en soutien au niveau de la gestion et du conseil dans le domaine de l'assurance maladie (base LAMal et complémentaires) pour plusieurs clients d'envergure (entreprises multinationales), à savoir:

  • Détermination de l'obligation d'affiliation et conseil à la clientèle sur les systèmes d'assurance maladie suisse et européens (frontaliers, expatriés, résidents en Suisse, etc.),
  • Contacts réguliers avec les assurés, les départements RH des entreprises clientes ainsi qu'avec les assureurs,
  • Gestion administrative quotidienne d'une clientèle internationale (traitement des e\-mails, appels téléphoniques et courriers),
  • Contrôle des factures émises par les assureurs,
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes.

Profil:

  • Formation commerciale (CFC, diplôme, maturité professionnelle ou équivalent),
  • La détention du certificat AFA est un atout. A défaut, nous offrons la possibilité de le financer dans le cadre de l'engagement,
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion administrative en assurances particulièrement en assurance maladie (LAMal, LCA),
  • Compétences linguistiques : Anglais et minimum C1 obligatoire (ou à défaut un niveau d'allemand B2 confirmé) . La maîtrise de l'allemand à l'écrit comme à l'oral est indispensable pour ce poste,
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles,
  • Aisance avec les chiffres, solides connaissances du Pack Office Microsoft en particulier Excel,
  • Flexible, polyvalent(e), autonome et de nature organisée.

Lieu de travail : à définir, dans l’un de nos bureaux en Suisse (Genève, Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel ou Valais).
