Gestionnaire LPP H/F - italien requis Région Lausanne et environs

Mandatés par l-un de nos clients, institution reconnue active dans la prévoyance professionnelle, nous recherchons un·e gestionnaire LPP pour renforcer une équipe spécialisée dans la gestion de dossiers du 2e pilier.

Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :

  • Le traitement et le suivi de dossiers LPP dans le respect des procédures et délais
  • La gestion des demandes des assurés, affiliés et partenaires (écrit / téléphone)
  • L-analyse et la mise à jour des informations administratives et contractuelles
  • Le suivi des situations liées à la vie des dossiers (entrées, sorties, changements, événements assurantiels, etc.)
  • La coordination avec les équipes internes et intervenants externes
  • Le contrôle de la qualité des données et des traitements
  • La participation à l-amélioration continue des processus et à la bonne fluidité du service

Votre profil

  • Expérience en gestion administrative dans les assurances sociales ou la prévoyance professionnelle. Certificats / Brevets bienvenus.
  • Italien courant (impératif) avec excellente maîtrise du français
  • Aisance dans le traitement de dossiers, sens de l-organisation et rigueur
  • Bon relationnel, sens du service et capacité à gérer des échanges avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Esprit d-équipe, fiabilité et discrétion

Les profils juniors motivés avec une première expérience administrative solide sont bienvenus. Les profils seniors/confirmés avec expertise LPP trouveront également un environnement à la hauteur de leurs compétences.
