Afin de compléter notre service des Ressources humaines, nous souhaitons engager un(e) Gestionnaire en Ressources Humaines (80%) Votre mission Gestion administrative du personnel Assurer la tenue et la mise à jour des dossiers du personnel Gérer les contrats, absences, attestations et documents liés Suivre les entrées, modifications et départs Gestion et suivi des salaires Préparer et contrôler les données nécessaires à la paie Suivi des assurances sociales et des déclarations usuelles Etablir les fiches de paie Gestion du système d’enregistrement des temps de travail Assurer le suivi du système de gestion du temps au sein de l’Administration communale Former les nouveaux collaborateurs au système de gestion du temps Suivi et amélioration des processus RH Veiller au bon déroulement des procédures internes Proposer des améliorations simples et mettre à jour les outils RH Recrutement et intégration Participer à la rédaction et publication des annonces Trier les candidatures et organiser les entretiens Préparer les documents d’engagement et accompagner l’intégration Vos compétences Certificat fédéral de Gestionnaire en Ressources humaines (ou formation jugée équivalente) exigé, idéalement Brevet fédéral de Spécialiste en Ressources humaines Expérience de minimum de 3 ans dans une fonction Ressources humaines, idéalement dans une administration publique Maîtrise des systèmes Abacus et Mobatime et aisance avec les outils bureautiques Connaissance du cadre légal et des pratiques RH en Suisse Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des salaires Gestion rigoureuse, fiabilité et sens de l’organisation Autonomie et polyvalence, motivation et engagement Aisance en communication, sens du service et esprit d’équipe Capacité à respecter des échéances strictes et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément Madame Frédérique se tient volontiers à votre disposition pour tout renseignement complémentaire par email [Écrire un email](<>). jid4360a79jm jit0937jm jiy26jm
