La ville d'Illnau-Effretikon - située entre Winterthour et Zurich - offre, avec ses zones rurales et urbaines, ses hameaux, ses centres et le village historique de Kyburg, des conditions attractives pour ses quelque 18 000 habitantes et habitants.

Le secteur immobilier est responsable de la construction et de la gestion des biens immobiliers (bâtiments et terrains) pour les besoins propres ainsi que des objets du patrimoine financier loués à des tiers. La stratégie immobilière du conseil municipal, qui poursuit des objectifs d'utilisation appropriée, économiques et écologiques, est déterminante. Le portefeuille immobilier municipal est très diversifié et comprend, outre les bâtiments administratifs, des propriétés scolaires, des installations de loisirs et d'ateliers, le centre pour personnes âgées ainsi que divers immeubles résidentiels.

Pour compléter l'équipe, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord une personne orientée service en tant que

TES TÂCHES DANS CETTE FONCTION SONT :

  • la gestion commerciale à l'aide des applications spécialisées Abalmmo et Abacus en collaboration avec la responsable spécialisée en gestion immobilière commerciale et le département des finances.
  • le soutien administratif au sein du secteur immobilier.

TON PROFIL CORRESPOND PARFAITEMENT SI TU :

  • as réussi la formation de gestionnaire immobilier et possèdes une première expérience professionnelle.
  • connais le droit locatif et as de l'expérience avec l'application spécialisée AbaImmo.
