Nous recherchons dans la région de Zug-Baar un·e expert·e du secteur qui viendra compléter notre équipe en tant que « Priverianer:in » et nous soutiendra dans la réalisation de nos objectifs. ###

Vos tâches en détail

  • Gestion autonome d-un portefeuille immobilier passionnant
  • Représentation des propriétaires auprès des locataires, autorités et artisans
  • Assurer le processus de la résiliation du bail jusqu-à la relocation des biens
  • Coordination et mise en œuvre des activités de location
  • Contrôle de l-état structurel des propriétés ainsi que l-organisation des travaux d-entretien
  • Rédaction de rapports pour les propriétaires ainsi que des rapports de contrôle et d-état

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale achevée
  • Au moins 2 ans d-expérience dans la gestion immobilière
  • Maîtrise assurée de l-allemand ; la connaissance d-autres langues est un atout
  • Vous êtes décisif·ve, flexible et savez établir des priorités claires
  • Même en tant que professionnel·le de l-immobilier, vous aimez relever de nouveaux défis
