Notre client nous mandate pour le recrutement d'un(e) Gérant(e) d'Immeubles 360° pour assurer la gestion locative d'un portefeuille immobilier composé principalement de surfaces et locaux commerciaux. Dans cette fonction, vous intervenez comme interlocuteur(trice) clé auprès des locataires, bailleurs, partenaires et prestataires. Vous contribuez activement à la valorisation du patrimoine immobilier en conciliant performance économique, qualité de service et maîtrise des enjeux opérationnels.

Job Description ##

  • Assurer la gestion locative complète d'un portefeuille immobilier à dominante commerciale.
  • Rédiger, suivre et mettre à jour les baux commerciaux ainsi que les avenants contractuels.
  • Piloter la commercialisation des surfaces disponibles et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour limiter la vacance locative.
  • Organiser les visites, sélectionner les candidats locataires et réaliser les états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie.
  • Superviser le suivi administratif et financier des immeubles, en lien avec les équipes comptables concernées.
  • Assurer le suivi des loyers, indexations, encaissements et échéances contractuelles.
  • Coordonner les interventions techniques et les travaux d'entretien courant avec les prestataires et partenaires concernés.
  • Gérer les sinistres.
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets et au suivi de la performance économique du portefeuille.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • CFC dans le domaine immobilier ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Gérant(e) d'Immeubles 360° en Suisse OBLIGATOIRE
  • Expérience confirmée dans la négociation de baux commerciaux (OBLIGATOIRE) et la gestion des relations avec de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Solides connaissances des aspects administratifs, juridiques, financiers et techniques liés à la gestion immobilière.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand ou du suisse-allemand OBLIGATOIRE
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de gestion des priorités.
  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Sens du service, aisance relationnelle et capacité à défendre les intérêts de l'entreprise avec diplomatie et conviction.
