Afin de renforcer notre équipe RH, nous recherchons un·e Gestionnaire RH à 50-60%. En collaboration avec votre binôme, vous assurerez le bon fonctionnement des processus administratifs RH tout en contribuant activement à leur optimisation.

 

Gestionnaire RH (H/F) 50-60%

 

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ : ####

* Assurer la gestion administrative liée aux entrées, sorties et mutations internes : rédaction des contrats de travail, avenants, confirmations de sortie et mise à jour dans nos systèmes RH * Gérer les dossiers du personnel : traiter les demandes RH, faire le suivi administratif des collaborateur·rice·s, actualiser les données dans notre SIRH * Rédiger des correspondance et documents administratifs divers : certificats de travail, attestations, communications internes, conventions de formation, etc. * En coordination avec son binôme : * Faire le suivi des apprenti·e·s (y compris pour leur recrutement) et collaborer avec les formateur·rice·s internes et les écoles professionnelles Gérer le processus du personnel temporaire et être l-interface entre les managers et l-agence dédiée * Participer aux tâches courantes de recrutements : publication des offres d'emploi, présélection des candidats, coordination des entretiens etc. * Collaborer étroitement et soutenir les HR Business Partner dans l-opérationnel lié au cycle de vie des collaborateur·rice·s * Soutenir ponctuellement les spécialistes payroll, gestion des temps et des absences dans les tâches inhérentes à leur domaine d-activité * Contribuer à l-amélioration et à la digitalisation de nos processus et participer à des projets RH

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ : ####

  • CFC d-employé·e de commerce ou formation équivalente complétée par le certificat de gestionnaire RH. Attestation de formateur·rice en entreprise, un plus
  • Expérience d-environ 3 ans dans un poste similaire (assistant·e, gestionnaire ou généraliste RH) avec une bonne vue d-ensemble des processus administratifs RH
  • Grande aisance avec les outils informatiques (SIRH, ERP, etc.) et maitrise des outils bureautiques MS Office
  • Capacité d-adaptation avec une aisance dans les contacts, la communication et la collaboration
  • Esprit d-analyse et de rigueur avec un fort sens de l-organisation
  • Français courant à l-oral et à l-écrit (min C1), la maîtrise de l-allemand sera considérée comme un atout
