Gestionnaire RH senior (h/f/d) – CDI – 40% – Sion

Tes missions :

  • Tu rejoins une équipe RH de 6 personnes et travailles en binôme étroit avec notre Responsable de l'administration du personnel et des salaires.
  • Tu assures le suivi administratif du cycle de vie des collaborateurs (entrées, sorties, mutations, maternité/paternité, mariage, retraite, etc.).
  • Tu supervises l'administration du personnel et la rédaction des documents et courriers RH (contrats de travail, avenants, lettres de résiliation, sommations, avertissements, certificats de travail, etc.).
  • Tu encadres et accompagnes notre gestionnaire RH et notre collaborateur RH, avec un rôle de contrôle sur les documents et dossiers à enjeux juridiques.
  • Tu garantis le suivi des permis de travail.
  • Tu traites les absences dans le SIRH.
  • Tu garantis le bon respect des procédures RH concernant l’administration du personnel.
  • Tu apportes un soutien ponctuel sur les tâches liées aux salaires et aux assurances sociales, en binôme avec la Responsable de l'administration du personnel et des salaires.
  • Tu es une personne de référence pour l'exploitation courante du SIRH sur le volet administration du personnel et gestion du temps, et tu soutiens les responsables et collaborateurs dans leurs questions au quotidien.

Ce que tu apportes :

  • Tu es titulaire d'un certificat de gestionnaire RH HRSE ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Tu disposes d’une expérience en administration du personnel d’au moins 8 ans dans des entreprises suisses comparables.
  • Tu possèdes de très bonnes connaissances du droit du travail suisse.
  • Tu as l’habitude de contrôler avec rigueur des documents à portée juridique et de superviser le travail de collaborateurs plus juniors.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. De bonnes connaissances en allemand sont un atout.
  • Tu fais preuve de rigueur, de discrétion, d'autonomie, de proactivité et d'un excellent sens de l'organisation.
  • Tu as un excellent sens relationnel et sais collaborer avec des équipes variées.
  • Tu maîtrises les outils informatiques (suite Office) et tu es à l'aise avec les systèmes RH.
