Rejoindre la FER Genève, c'est intégrer une institution de référence et contribuer chaque jour à faire vivre l'économie genevoise. ### Description du poste Afin de renforcer son équipe, le département Comptabilité de la Fédération des Entreprises Romandes Genève, recherche, pour son service des salaires \\Gestionnaire salaires -- CDD 6 mois\\ \\Votre mission :\\ Assurer la gestion complète des salaires pour un portefeuille de clients. \\Vos activités principales :\\ \* Gestion d'un portefeuille de clientèle en matière de salaires, conformément aux différentes lois, conventions collectives de travail (CCT) ou directives applicables \* Production des rapports mensuels et annuels, incluant les fichiers de paiements et les journaux comptables \* Établissement et vérification des certificats de salaire annuels \* Transmission des déclarations mensuelles et annuelles via Swissdec aux différentes administrations fiscales, telles que l'impôt à la source, les caisses de compensation AVS/AI/APG et les caisses d'allocations familiales ; \* Accompagnement des clients, résolution des problématiques rencontrées et identification de leurs besoins tout au long des processus liés à la gestion des salaires ### Profil recherché Votre profil: \* Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC d'employé.e de commerce, d'une maturité professionnelle ou d'une formation jugée équivalente \* Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion des salaires auprès d'une société établie en Suisse \* Vous êtes à l'aise avec les CCT \* Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Nova : un atout \* Vous avez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et une parfaite maitrise de la langue française \* Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou allemand : un atout \* Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel et Outlook) \* Vous êtes de nationalité suisse ou au bénéfice d'un permis valable Vos compétences: \* Vous avez une facilité avec les chiffres \* Vous êtes autonome et \* Vous savez gérer les priorités et possédez une excellente organisation \* Vous êtes orienté.e clientèle, avez de l'entregent et une bonne capacité d'écoute \* Vous savez faire preuve d'une grande discrétion \* Vous possédez un excellent esprit d'équipe !\[Fédération des Entreprises Romandes Genève\]( ) \* Fédération des Entreprises Romandes Genève Rue de Saint\\-Jean 98 1211 GENEVE 11 \* \[ \](\< \>) jpidb4bbec8jm jpit0939jm jpiy26jm
