Gestionnaire Technique Entreprises 50\-70% En tant que Gestionnaire Technique Entreprises (à temps partiel), basé à Bulle, vous assurez la gestion technique d’un portefeuille de contrats d’assurance entreprises (assurance de personne,responsabilité civile, choses, bâtiments, techniques, cyber, etc.), tout en apportant votre expertise dans l’analyse des risques et le traitement des sinistres, en coordination avec les assureurs, les clients et les Responsables commerciaux. Vous assurez un contact régulier avec la clientèle, essentiellement par e\-mail et par téléphone, complété par des rencontres en personne ou en visioconférence. Gestionnaire Technique Entreprises 50\-70% Vos missions Gestion personnalisée selon contrats et besoins du client: séances mensuelles de suivi et contrôles des mutations, cas en cours, etc. Organisation et tenue de séances de présentation au personnel : informations générales assurances de personnes, présentation des modifications contractuelles Gestion courante: projets, conseils, présentation des comparatifs Suivi des cas de sinistres, contacts écrits, téléphoniques et personnels avec les clients et les assureurs Matrise des assurances de personnes, assurance maladie LAMal, accident LAA/LAAC, etc. Suivi et gestion sur\-mesure selon besoins et souhaits du client. Votre profil Expérience confirmée en assurances de personnes, Brevet fédéral en assurances ou formation équivalente Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de gestion d’assurance (type Brokers, M\-Files, MS Office, etc.) Excellente capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques, sens de l’analyse, rigueur et autonomie Aisance relationnelle, approche collaborative, orientation client et fort esprit d’équipe Maîtrise du français à l’oral comme à l’écrit Lieu de travail : Bulle Taux d’activité : 50% à 70% Type de contrat : CDI Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
