Il contributo che può dare

  • Assumere la responsabilità della strategia, della redditività e dello sviluppo sostenibile del portafoglio immobiliare assegnato e occuparsi della gestione del patrimonio immobiliare sul lungo termine
  • Collaborare alla strategia immobiliare dell'Amministrazione federale civile, definire i requisiti strategici dei progetti e sviluppare possibili soluzioni sostenibili e adeguate alle esigenze
  • Pianificare e gestire i crediti legati ai progetti di un determinato portafoglio, valutare le domande di credito, garantire i finanziamenti e avviare progetti strategici nonché il programma di manutenzione
  • Fornire consulenza in tedesco e in francese ai dipartimenti e agli uffici su questioni strategiche, valutare le loro esigenze, condurre trattative e creare basi decisionali per gli organi competenti
  • Comunicare le decisioni dell'UFCL e garantirne l'attuazione concreta nonché rappresentare, a livello strategico, gli interessi dell'UFCL con i partner interni ed esterni

Che cosa La contraddistingue

  • Formazione universitaria o formazione superiore equivalente, preferibilmente nei settori gestione degli immobili, architettura, costruzioni, economia aziendale o in una disciplina affine
  • Esperienza pluriennale nella gestione strategica degli immobili, del portafoglio e dei progetti nonché comprovata esperienza nella conduzione di progetti complessi e nella collaborazione con diversi gruppi di interesse
  • Eccellenti capacità analitiche e concettuali, spiccate competenze nel settore economico\-aziendale e capacità di comprendere rapidamente i nessi e di progettare soluzioni sostenibili
  • Atteggiamento sicuro e persuasivo, eccellenti competenze di consulenza nonché capacità di riunire interessi differenti e di sostenere con sicurezza determinate decisioni anche in situazioni complesse
  • Ottime conoscenze di due lingue ufficiali; le conoscenze della terza lingua ufficiale costituiscono titolo preferenziale
