Ihre Aufgaben

- Fachkompetente Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des gesamten Pflegeprozesses bei Patientinnen und Patienten aller Altersgruppen.

- Anwendung anspruchsvoller pflegerischer Interventionen wie Infusionstherapien, komplexes Wundmanagement, Pain Assessment, Überwachung instabiler Situationen und prä-/postoperative Betreuung.

- Enge Kooperation mit interprofessionellen Partnern zur ganzheitlichen Versorgung und optimalen Prozessgestaltung.

- Vollständige, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation jeder pflegerischen Handlung – essenziell für Qualitätssicherung sowie die professionelle Stellenvermittlung Ittigen.

- Mitarbeit in Projekten und Konzeptarbeiten zur Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Abläufe und Strukturen.

- Optional: Übernahme koordinations- oder leitungsnaher Aufgaben wie Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Unterstützung in der Einsatzplanung, fachliche Anleitung oder Projektmitarbeit.
