Szenograf:in und Projektleiter:in (w/m/\*)

 

Zunächst befristet für zwölf Monate

 

Deine Mission bei iart: Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft interaktiver Erlebnisse! Du begeisterst mit kreativen Konzepten und stringentem Storytelling. Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Projekte zu planen und zu steuern. Als kommunikationsstarke:r Szenograf:in führst du souverän Meetings, bringst Menschen zusammen und bringst dein feines Gespür für gutes Design bei uns ein. Als Teamplayer:in wirst du Teil eines innovativen Teams, das Museen, Ausstellungen und architektonische Projekte mit kreativen Konzepten und intelligenter Technik bereichert.

Seit über zwanzig Jahren entwickeln wir maßgeschneiderte, interaktive Medieninstallationen - und suchen dich, um unsere nationalen und internationalen Projekte in den Bereichen Museen, Kultur, Kunst und Architektur mitzugestalten.

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projektleitung: Führung und Steuerung szenografischer Projekte mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden. Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams, Priorisierung von Aufgaben sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes. Terminplanung, Budgetverantwortung und Controlling der Projekte.  
  • Szenografische Fachverantwortung: Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung szenografischer Konzepte sowie Begleitung ihrer gestalterischen und räumlichen Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit, intern wie extern. 

Dein Profil - das bringst du mit: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Architektur / Innenarchitektur oder nachgewiesene entsprechende Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Szenografie 
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleitung, idealerweise Praxiserfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Zahlen & Sprachen: Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
  • Mindset: Freude an der Entwicklung von kreativen Lösungen, einem realistischen Blick für Wirtschaftlichkeit 
  • Professionelle Nutzung der gängigen Adobe- und Office-Programme und Vectorworks.

  • Flexibel & lernbereit: Du bist offen für Veränderungen, begegnest Herausforderungen mit Mut und Anpassungsfähigkeit und hast Freude am kontinuierlichen Lernen.
