Gesundheits\- und Sicherheitsbeauftragter (SIBE) Deine Rolle \& Hauptaufgaben Sicherheitsinspektionen: Du führst regelmässige Inspektionen auf Baustellen und in unserem Workshop durch, um potenzielle Risiken und Sicherheitsbedenken zu identifizieren. Risikobewertung: Du identifizierst, bewertest und priorisierst spezifische Risiken im Zusammenhang mit Bauaktivitäten und entwickelst Pläne, um diese zu reduzieren. Beratung: Du berätst in allen Fragen rund um Gesundheit und Sicherheit. Umsetzung der Sicherheitsstandards von SUVA und der VSL\-Gruppe: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Sicherheitsrichtlinien und \-verfahren auf den Baustellen umgesetzt und eingehalten werden. Gesundheits\- und Sicherheitsmanagementsystem: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Aktualisierung und Umsetzung des Gesundheits\- und Sicherheitsmanagementsystems beziehungsweise des entsprechenden Projektplans. Schulungen: Du schulst die Mitarbeitenden, damit sie sichere Arbeitspraktiken anwenden und die Sicherheitsausrüstung korrekt verwenden. Berichte: Du erstellst monatliche Berichte zu Gesundheit und Sicherheit. Dein Profil Ausbildung \& Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz im Bauwesen. Du hast ein Diplom im Bereich Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz sowie eine Anerkennung als Sicherheitsfachperson durch die SUVA (ASGS). Du arbeitest selbstständig und planst dein eigenes Programm sowie die erforderlichen Massnahmen. Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365\. Sprachen: Du sprichst Deutsch oder ösisch als Muttersprache und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse. Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Landessprache sind von Vorteil. Persönlichkeit: Du kannst effektiv mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen eines Projekts oder einer Abteilung kommunizieren. Du bist flexibel, reif, selbstmotiviert und bereit, Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
