Mansioni: - effettuare approfondimenti giuridici principalmente in ambito di previdenza professionale, diritto immobiliare e diritto pubblico - gestire il contenzioso, se del caso in collaborazione con rappresentanti legali esterni - fornire supporto giuridico al settore previdenziale, in particolare per casi complessi (es. invalidità, regresso, ecc.) - fornire supporto giuridico al settore immobiliare, in particolare nell’ambito della locazione e della costruzione - fornire supporto alla Direzione in ambito giuridico e nello sviluppo di progetti - esaminare dal profilo giuridico il contenuto di contratti con fornitori di opere, beni e servizi - esaminare dal profilo giuridico la documentazione relativa agli investimenti - esaminare dal profilo giuridico il contenuto di regolamenti e direttive emanati dall’Istituto - disponibilità alla formazione/perfezionamento nell’ambito della previdenza professionale

Requisiti: - formazione universitaria in diritto (licenza, bachelor o master) conseguita in Svizzera - conoscenze e interesse nelle assicurazioni sociali, nel diritto immobiliare e pubblico - pluriennale esperienza pratica quale giurista, in particolare nella gestione del contenzioso, nella redazione/analisi di contratti e regolamenti e/o nella gestione di casi di prestazione - predisposizione sia al lavoro individuale che di squadra - flessibilità, proattività e buone doti organizzative - madrelingua italiana e buone conoscenze del tedesco e/o del francese - costituiscono titolo preferenziale: esperienza lavorativa nell’ambito della previdenza professionale o delle assicurazioni sociali oppure presso un ente di diritto pubblico
